Singer Natasha Bedingfield has made a public plea for Victoria Beckham to design her stage outfits for an upcoming tour.
The “Pocketful of Sunshine” hitmaker has loved designs of singer-turned fashion designer and while she was shooting for a news show, she took a moment to rave about the former ” Spice Girls” designs during a trip around department store Selfridges, reports contactmusic.
Calling her “sensational”, Bedingfield said, “I love her designs. Victoria, if you’re watching this, make me something for my next tour. It will make me look fabulous.”

British singer, who performed at the Concert for Diana in 2007, performs her new single, “Weightless,” and her hit, “Unwritten”
Since 2004, singer songwriter Natasha Bedingfield has filled American airwaves with catchy hits like,”Pocket Full of Sunshine” and “Unwritten,” a song that earned the South London native her first Grammy nomination.
In June, she begins a 29-city tour of the United States in support of her third album entitled, “Strip Me”. The British beauty joined “The Early Show” at the Tower of London to perform her new single, “Weightless,” and her huge hit, “Unwritten.”
Bedingfield actually performed for Prince William and Kate Middleton back in 2007 at the Concert for Diana, which marked the 10th anniversary of her death.
So what was the handsome prince like up close?
“Amazing. He’s so sweet and charming,” Bedingfield gushed. “He definitely has… you could definitely understand why people are so captivated by him and Kate. I met them both. They’ve got some kind of magic.”
While the “magic” was still present between the two, they were going through a little bit of a split at that time.
“Did you notice sparks between them because they were on a break?” “Early Show” co-anchor Erica Hill asked.
“It was amazing. They were officially broken up there and everyone…there was all these rumors – every woman that he was in a picture with… suddenly people are like ‘oh what’s happening?’ What people didn’t see, they actually, I think they were closer together at that time, because I met her and I could see there was still a spark between them and how beautiful she was. Up close, she’s very stunning.”
Bedingfield thinks London is handling all the royal wedding hoopla and the invasion of over 1 million people very well indeed.
“I think it’s wonderful, all eyes are on London. It’s a great city. It should be wonderful and I feel flattered by all the attention,” she says.

Hey Germany Bedheads! Natasha will finally be releasing, ‘Strip Me’ in your country! The name is a bit different from the US version, ‘Strip Me’. It will be titled ‘Strip Me Away‘. The release date is May 13, 2011! You can now pre-order it on Amazon!

Simple Plan have joined forces with Natasha Bedingfield for new single ‘Jet Lag’.
The song features on the Canadian band’s as-yet untitled fourth album, the follow-up to 2008′s self-titled effort. The bi-lingual Québec rock band are releasing ‘Jet Lag’ in two languages, with Bedingfield singing on the English version and Montréal-native Marie-Mai on the French edit. Speaking on a video update on Simpleplan.com, singer Pierre Bouvier explained: “‘Jet Lag’ is one of my favourite songs off the record and it sounds great.”
“For the first time we are doing a duet with a female vocalist,” added Bouvier. “Natasha Bedingfield rocked it and it sounds amazing. She has an amazing voice and she totally blew us away with her vocal talent. Both girls are also going to be in the video.”
The band will be streaming ‘Jet Lag’ for free from April 25.
